We can offer you gift vouchers for any of our room types with standard or special offers.

To purchase a gift voucher, click the "Inquiry" button. Our friendly and attentive staff will be happy to assist you in organizing your gifts. 

• All vouchers can only be redeemed at the BO Hotel Palazzo.
• All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale.
• Vouchers that are not used within this time will expire without entitlement to a refund or exchange.
• All vouchers must be booked in advance.
• Reservations are subject to availability at our discretion.
• Vouchers can be used as full or partial payment for goods and services at the BO Hotel Palazzo.
• Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable or non-replaceable if they are lost, destroyed or stolen.
