All vouchers can only be redeemed in the Bo Hotel Palazzo.

All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale. Vouchers that are not used within this time expire without entitlement to reimbursement or exchange.

All vouchers must be booked in advance.

Reservations are subject to availability at our discretion.

Vouchers can be used as a full or partial payment for goods and services in the BO Hotel Palazzo.

Purchase with vouchers are not refunded in cash.

Vouchers are not transferable, payable or replaced in cash if they have been lost, destroyed or stolen.
